Try PureStretch, a fantastic combination class designed to lengthen & stretch your body, whilst also focusing on core stability in this fun & effective 45 minute, lunchtime class.

A class designed and structured to progressively introduce more varied movements to your day, help focus on and improve your posture, increase physical fitness, your flexibility & balance, bringing you a valuable lunchtime break that will also enhance your mental clarity and overall well-being at work and home. The class will challenge and enhance you range of motion. So why not join us and loosen up, unravel your shoulders and get yourself moving!

The PureStretch class language is simple to understand, no prior knowledge of Pilates or Yoga is needed as we like to keep things simple and use terminology that makes the class accessible with no 'Jargon'.  PureStretch involves stretch routines, core strengthening and relaxation techniques. What's not to love!?

Discounted Class Bundles - To allow some booking flexibility we offer a 5 class discounted bundle within each 6 week half term allocation.  This allows us to keep the classes competitively priced and viable. A 6th class would also be charged at the discounted rate by offering you an individual code to book an additional single class you thought you couldn't attend. 

HOW TO BOOK - Important - Please choose your dates on the calendar and add each one to the cart, this will then take off your special offer discount offer at the end.  If you book 5 out of 6 classes and are available to attend an additional class, you will still receive the class at the discounted price.  

Classes are non refundable and non transferrable unless your space can be filled - Please ensure you have booked onto the correct dates! Please review your purchase before you confirm your purchase.
